Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Eternal Shine
At Eternal Shine, we provide professional cooktop cleaning and polishing services completed in person at the customer’s location. Payment is collected only after the service has been completed and approved by the customer on-site.
Because our services are fully performed before payment is accepted, all sales are considered final once payment has been made.
No Refunds After Service Completion
Refunds are generally not provided after a service has been completed and payment has been collected. By submitting payment, the customer confirms that:
The service has been completed to their satisfaction;
They have had the opportunity to inspect the completed work;
They accept the final result before payment is made.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If a customer believes there is an issue with the completed service, they must notify us immediately before payment is made so the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected on-site.
Service Limitations
Please note that some stains, scratches, burns, chips, or permanent damage on glass cooktops may not be fully removable depending on the condition of the surface prior to service. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee complete restoration in cases of permanent or pre-existing damage.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment prior to the scheduled service time at no charge.
